Haven of Hope "Living Beyond Cancer" Survivorship Series
Ending cancer treatment can be both a welcome milestone and challenging. When treatment ends, people often expecdt life to return to the way it was before their diagnosis. Understanding what to expect after cancer treatment can help surivors and families plan for follow-up care, make lifestyle changes, stay hopeful and make informed decisions about the future.
Join the Have of Hope for a CancerCare Connect Workshop as leading experts in oncology provide the most up-to-date information on the telephone with a discussion period following each session.
Registration is required by calling or emailing the Haven at 614-383-6256 or info@hohcf.org. Survivors can register for an individual session or for all sessions.
